Shipping policy
100% of orders are shipped within two business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday if ordered before 11 am on Saturday.
NOTE: Delays may be encountered when items are ordered on weekends and delays such as public holidays, custom, covid-19 delays and taxes may result in a delayed package. Please allow 48- 72 hours in cases like these.
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
All orders made within Australia over $150 AUD will receive Free Express Shipping. All orders under $150 is charged a Flat Rate of $15.00. These orders will be sent with Australia Post and a tracking number will be received upon purchase. Please allow up to 1-3 business days, and Up to 5 days for eastern states & remote areas.

WORLDWIDE STANDARD SHIPPING:
All worldwide orders have the option of choosing standard shipping. Depending on your country a smaller shipping fee will be calculated at the end of your order. Please allow 11-21 business days to send through stand shipping with Australia Post.
PRE-ORDERS:
The above delivery times will not apply to any orders that are pre-ordered through our website. You will receive an email letting you know a rough estimate of when the item will be back in stock. When the item is back in stock the above shipping will apply to orders.
Please allow up to 7 weeks for the delivery of pre-order items, however, you will be emailed an estimated time.
