30-Day Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging.

Hygiene Policy — Piercing’s

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Piercing & Earrings. Please check sizing carefully before purchasing — our Size Guide is available on our website.

6-Month Manufacturing Warranty

All sterling silver jewellery comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty covering any defects in craftsmanship. This does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, or lost items.

Return Shipping

We currently do not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for return postage.
